Ronald K. Copfer, Jr. is an accomplished executive producer and president of Copfer & Associates, Inc., a consulting organization that provides outsourced services to mid and early-stage growth companies. With over 30 years of experience, Ron specializes in advising and auditing IT systems for M&A and legal forensics, and providing technical market analysis on product/market fit strategies. Ron is a pioneer and veteran of the digital economy, having led the design and implementation of online configurators, electronic catalogs, content, knowledge, digital asset and document management systems, as well as eLearning and digital marketing strategies and technologies. He has worked with top companies such as Parker Hannifin, Eaton, Cleveland Clinic, Lubrizol, Goodyear, KeyBank, Alcoa, Career Education Corp., InfoCision, SAP, CBIZ, Omnova, BF Goodrich, Noveon, Kinetico, InfoCision, Diebold, Babcock Wilcox, Cardinal Health, the Ohio State University, SalesForce, and many others. Ron is a past Chairman of the North-East Ohio Software Association (NEOSA 2001-2004) and was appointed by Governor Taft to the board of Ohio’s IT Alliance (OITA, Ohio's Software & Technology Association), serving as interim executive director for one year. He was also appointed co-chair of the Ohio-Israeli Chamber of Commerce’s Technology Committee in 2003. In addition to his professional career, Ron is an executive producer at Kola Films, LLC, a documentary film production company that specializes in alternative health & wellness as well as critical, social commentary categories. He is also a startup advisor and mentor at Rebuilder's Exchange (RBX), a new retail outlet and business model for upcycling architectural salvage and building material. Ron graduated from Lakewood High School in 1975 and pursued further education at Robbins Research International and landmark education.
